GEMJEE is founded by Professor Ravi, more popularly known as Physics Ravi (PRR). He is known for his passion for teaching and has been inspiring students since 1992 by joining as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Sacred Heart College. He has also worked with other reputed educational institutions like Don Bosco, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghatan/Govt. as PGT Physics.
A Gold Medalist with a Post graduation in Physics and NET–UGC qualified as Assistant Professor in Physics, PRR strongly believes in the Magic of Motivation. He often quotes “Motivation beats Talent”, that an average student can excel academically if motivated. With his unique motivational techniques, GEMJEE has been achieving excellence in terms of our students’ achievements. His intellectual passion for teaching motivated him to dedicate his life to teaching and not pursue a career in the Industry side. As a mentor, he realized the need for imparting education with value. With multiple additional qualifications like M.Phil (Physics) and M.Ed he began imparting knowledge to aspiring students through free coaching and helped many students, who may not have been able to afford expensive coaching fees. With a growing need for structured classroom atmosphere with quality education & affordable fees in general and requests from the beloved learning community in particular, PRR decided to establish GEMJEE institute with the aim that quality education should not be expensive.
Having mentored more than 8000-9000 students in the last 25 years of teaching, at various levels, with many going on to join elite institutions like IIT and NIT and Medical Colleges, he continues to inspire students to excel. Along with focus on concepts, he and a team of dedicated teachers, coach students to prepare for competitive examinations like IIT- JEE, NEET etc.
