Instructions to Parents
- See to it that the children bring the required text and exercise books to class
- Parents / Guardians are requested to go through books, note books and worksheets of their child, regularly
- Get daily feedback from your child about studies in class
- Parents are expected to co-operate with the class authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline by seeing that their children prepare lessons daily and by taking active and keen interest in the activities of the class
- Encourage your child to study daily
- Clearly mention the child’s name, batch and roll number in the leave notes and submit the notes well in time
- Ensure that fees are paid on time
- Parents / Guardians are not allowed to meet their child or discuss with the teachers during the class hours, without permission of the Management / Institute Incharge
- Parents / Guardians are specially requested to fill in their proper address, telephone numbers etc., in the form. The same will help us contact them for any requirements and in case of an emergency
- Any change of address and / or telephone number should be notified to us immediately
- Please do not allow the child to bring expensive articles like i-pods, Mobile phones, Motorbike, etc., to the class
- Understand and appreciate the need for correction and occasional punishment which the principal / Institute Incharge may mete out to the child
- Parent should address all letters to the Institute Incharge
- We request you to speak about the teachers and the class with high esteem
